Crave-ing desserts

Hey guys.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. In today’s post, I shall share with you the sinful indulgence at Crave last afternoon. Even after a pork overdose during lunch, we still had place for some cheesecake. So we headed to this little cafe in town, called Crave. We were welcomed by a strong and relaxing scent of coffee, cream and chocolate as we set foot in Crave. We were spoilt for choice with the wide range of desserts they served right from cheesecakes and cupcakes to ice cream cakes and kitkat shakes.

About Crave

Type: Desserts & Bakes
Location: Ground Floor, Deepa Paradise, Balmatta, Mangalore, Karnataka, India

What we had?
Red Velvet Charlotte and Nutella Cheesecake

For a Red Velvet lover, this dense yet soft and light slice of Red Velvet Charlotte at Crave is an absolute delight. Red Velvet Charlotte is a holy grail of layer cakes. It is formed by the sweet marriage of buttermilk and vanilla with a little cocoa covered in tangy cream cheese frosting. Besides the fabulous flavours, the soft texture with a moist and tender crumb is undeniably fantastic. Trust me, you don’t want to miss this. It is a perfect blend of chocolate, red velvet crumbs, vanilla and cream.

Nutella is love. And cheesecake is love too. Combined together, they lead to an oral orgasm. The nutella cheesecake has loads of nutella, heavy cream and vanilla extracts, a cookie base and chocolate vanilla frostings. It’s soft and creamy texture and crispy base makes this Nutella Cheesecake an absolute must-try! As we left totally satiated, I couldn’t help but notice the caption that read, ‘promises and cheesecakes are meant to be broken.’ Undoubtedely, this is just the beginning of many more fantastic afternoons I am going to spend at Crave.
