When I enter the kitchen...

Staying away from home teaches you a lot of things. When I started out on this journey a year and a half ago, no one believed I could do it. Not even my parents believed that I could live on my own. Being the pampered kid at home, not doing anything at all was my routine. But staying on my own did make me responsible. I even learnt a little bit of cooking.

Even though most of the times I don’t know what I am making, I somehow manage to make it edible. So the last time I went home, I decided to dazzle my family with my recently achieved cookery skill
(trust me, my cookery skills suck). And they were all so excited. Mom decided to hand over the kitchen to me and went away.

So I raided the fridge and found two packets of chicken sausages. To be very frank, I never tried cooking them before and I have no idea how to cook them, even though I love eating them. So I decided to try making something out of them. The final result tasted fine, but my sister said it looked weird.

Don’t ask me how I made it, I don’t remember. Neither do I know what to name it. It tasted good though. Have a look at the photos. ;)
